Borough Council launches post-lockdown health guide

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council has compiled a post-lockdown guide to improving physical health and mental wellbeing.
The guide is a compilation of information published in separate leaflets over recent months and includes advice on managing daily life after lockdown.
There are also sections on healthy eating and exercise as well as advice on quitting smoking and sensible alcohol consumption.
