The Cadeby Jubilee Stone is now in place.

It is situated at the top of Rectory Lane, to the right, at the entrance to the woodland area - flanked by two saplings.

The slate inscription is expected to be ready in 3/4 weeks.

Thanks go to FP McCann for sourcing the granite block, arranging delivery and on-site placement, as part of their on-going support of local community initiatives.

Thanks also go to Kurt Russell of K Russell Memorials who has project managed this initiative.

This commemorative stone is not just a fitting and ever-lasting memorial in recognition of the Queens Platinum Jubilee but is also a tribute to the village of Cadeby and those who live here.

Once the Plaque is on the stone, photos and a list of all suppliers/supporters will be sent on to the "Jubilee Council".
